Lauren’s Journey:

From the couch glory of performances for family and friends, to now singing on various platforms, Lauren is passionate about music and in particular singing and coaching others. From the age of 9, she was writing and performing and has not stopped much since.

From coffee festivals, to performing on local beaches, to her local church as well as private functions, she has a passion to use music to impact others’ lives and considers it an incredible privilege to inspire others with music.

In 2014, Lauren recorded an EP called Hold On, raising vital funds and awareness for mental health. Songs include Who’s They, The Voice Within, U R More and Hold On. Her sweet melodies and vulnerability transcend the audience to a personal state of child-like wonder, and inspires the listener to consider their own journey and gifts they can share with the world.

She is inspired by the likes of Brooke Fraser, India Arie, Lauren Daigle, The Belonging Co, The Finding, Jonathon Ogden, and many have said she has a combination of the voice of Lauren Daigle, Adele, and Emile Sande. Great songwriters draw out the gold and inspiration in this singer.

A Bachelor of Music graduate with a passion for people and singing, she brings fun and emotion into her performances, and hopes to connect with people from all walks of life.

She is a local singing teacher, with a number of students from the area, from ages 5-55.

This is something that Lauren is very passionate about after having nodules in her second last year of college and not being able to sing taught her so much about herself and life. She hopes that she can inspire other singers to not compare themselves with others, and find their voice.
