I was the shy one at the back who didn’t want to get chosen. And yet deep down, I actually really did. “See me for who I really am!” A creative, a singer, sensitive, deep thinker, fun, entertaining.. 

That’s where Make me a Rockstar came alive! Helping the children (and the big kids!) that also lack that confidence and self esteem, to really discover themselves, and truly “Unlock their Voice!”

Are you in Adelaide and wanting to grow in confidence with your voice? Are you struggling to feel heard and understood?

This interactive workshop explores why many people feel silenced or unable to fully express themselves. Through reflection, discussion, and guided exercises, we will explore the emotional, psychological, and spiritual blocks that can limit your voice.

– Recognise the beliefs and experiences that silence you
– Build confidence in expressing thoughts and feelings
– Reconnect with your authentic voice and inner truth
– Practice speaking and expressing yourself in a safe environment

This will happen through:
– Guided reflection exercises
– Voice and expression practices
– Group discussion in a supportive space
– Insights into the emotional and spiritual roots of silence

This workshop is open to anyone 15+ who wants to grow in confidence, communication, and self-expression.

My daughters had a combined make me a Rockstar party for their 4th and 7th birthdays. We had 25 kids at the party and a range of ages from 2 to 10 and a mix of boys and girls. All the kids had a fantastic time there was games, dress ups and of course lots of singing. My girls loved their birthday present from make me a Rockstar and still have it on their dressing tables. It was great having 2 hosts to entertain the kids and they even supplied the invitations! Thanks make me a Rockstar for making my girls’ party extra special and nice and easy for me!

I booked Make me a Rockstar for a last minute 5th birthday party for my daughter with less than a weeks notice and Lauren was absolutely amazing to fit us in! All the kids and myself loved the games and dances. Kids who hadn’t ever allowed anyone to paint their face were completely comfortable with Lauren to do so! I have had friends and family asking me which company I went through as they were all very impressed. We had a disco party and Make me a Rockstar brought along coloured lights and a nice big speaker which really made the night that much more special and fun for all the kids. My daughter really enjoyed the Make me a Rockstar workshop- a great introduction to singing lessons. The ice breaker games were great, as she didn’t know any other kids there. I really liked that all the kids had to write something positive down on a piece of paper about each other. My daughter now has this piece of paper stuck on her bedroom wall. I really enjoyed the little concert at the end of the workshop and was surprised how well the kids performed.  I liked how Lauren made everyone feel welcome and comfortable right from the beginning. The kids had such a blast in the Make me a ROCKSTAR MUSIC and MEDIA WORKSHOP!! Children gained confidence and learnt new skills while having fun and making new friends. They said their favourite part was dancing in front of the green screen and singing on the microphones, performing in front of everyone. Some even said it was great to have encouragement papers too, they liked what their new friends wrote about them.
